Stogly Marketplace
Browse curated suppliers and their listings, add a supplier to your own suppliers, and publish your own listings.
Find suppliers and their products inside Stogly, add them to your own suppliers with one click — or put your own company and products in front of other Stogly businesses.
Overview
Stogly Marketplace is a curated directory of suppliers, open only to signed-in Stogly organizations. It has two sides:
- Buying — browse suppliers and their listings, see pack sizes, minimum quantities and prices, and add a supplier to your own Suppliers. Available on every plan, including Free.
- Selling — present your company with a supplier profile and publish listings of what you sell. Enabled per organization by Stogly; write to support@stogly.com to ask for it.
At launch the marketplace covers Serbia and prices in RSD. Sending inquiries, quotes and ordering directly from a listing are not part of the marketplace yet — you contact the supplier by e-mail or phone, and order through your usual purchase orders.
Browsing the Marketplace
- Navigate to Procurement > Marketplace
- Choose a view: Suppliers or Products
- Narrow the results:

| Search | Part of a supplier or product name. Works regardless of letter case, diacritics, or Latin/Cyrillic script. |
| Category | A category or one of its sub-categories. |
| City | Suppliers that deliver to that city, or country-wide. |
| Price | Listings with a fixed price, or price on request (Products view). |
| Samples | Only listings whose supplier offers samples (Products view). |
Suppliers that serve your type of business are shown first, then verified suppliers. A Verified badge means Stogly checked the company's tax ID.
Reading a Listing
Click a product to open its details:

| Minimum | The smallest quantity you can order, in order units. |
| Order multiple | Quantities go up in this step. |
| Price | Per order unit, without VAT — or On request. |
| VAT | The VAT rate, for information. |
| Lead time | Days from order to delivery. |
| Contact | The supplier's e-mail and phone. |
Adding a Supplier to Your Suppliers
- Open the supplier's page from the marketplace
- Review the terms: minimum order value, lead time, delivery areas, delivery and payment terms
- Click Add to my suppliers
The supplier appears in Procurement > Suppliers as an ordinary supplier, filled in from its public profile. If you already have a supplier with the same tax ID, that one is linked instead of creating a duplicate. From there you create purchase orders as usual.
You need permission to create suppliers to see the button. Deleting the supplier later does not remove it from the marketplace; you can add it again.
Selling: Your Listings
Once Stogly has enabled selling and your profile is approved:
- Navigate to Sales > Marketplace profile and open the Listings tab
- Click New listing, or Create from a product to start from one of your products (name, description, unit, code and pictures are copied; the listing is independent afterwards)
- Fill in the listing:

| Pictures | Up to 8, from your media library or a permanent https address. |
- Click Save, then Publish
Listings do not count toward your plan's product limit.
Listing Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Only you see it. |
| Under review | Waiting for Stogly before it is shown (first publication in a reviewed category). |
| Published | Visible to buyers. |
| Paused | Hidden by you; publish again whenever you like. |
| Paused by Stogly | Hidden by Stogly; only Stogly can show it again. Write to support. |
Reviewed Categories
In some categories (for example cosmetics and food supplements) Stogly reviews what is published:
- The first publication waits for approval.
- Later changes to the title, description, pictures or category of a visible listing wait for approval too. Buyers keep seeing the approved version until then. Price, quantities and lead time change at once.
- You can see what is waiting on the listing and withdraw it.
Approval is moderation of what is shown. It is not a confirmation that a product meets any regulation — that remains the supplier's responsibility.
Tips
- A picture used on your profile or a listing cannot be deleted from the media library until you replace it on the marketplace.
- Temporary (signed) links cannot be used as pictures — they expire. Use the media library or a permanent address.
- Keep the minimum quantity and order multiple consistent, or the listing cannot be published.
