Selling on Stogly Marketplace

Register your company as a supplier for free, complete your profile for review, add listings and answer buyers.

Register your company as a supplier for free, build your profile and listings, and reach businesses that buy through Stogly.

Overview

Stogly Marketplace connects suppliers — producers, manufacturers, brands and wholesalers — with businesses that use Stogly. As a supplier you get a free workspace with:

  • your supplier profile,
  • listings of what you sell,
  • requests from buyers (questions, samples, prices).

You do not need to be a Stogly customer. If you already use Stogly, you start selling from your existing organization instead (see below).

The Marketplace currently covers Serbia, with prices in RSD. Stogly reviews every profile before buyers can see it.

Registering as a New Supplier

  1. Open app.stogly.com/?signup=supplier
  2. Enter your name, e-mail address and a password, or continue with Google
  3. Open the confirmation link we send to your e-mail address — in the same browser where you registered (not needed with Google)
  4. Enter your company: name, tax ID (PIB) and, optionally, city
  5. Click Continue

Your organization is created and you land in the supplier workspace. Usually your profile now exists as a draft; nothing is published yet.

The tax ID you enter is checked for typing mistakes only. It is not proof that the company is yours — that is what the review is for.

Completing Your Profile

  1. Open Profile in the menu
  2. Add a description, at least one category and at least one delivery area (required), and check the contact e-mail address — it starts as the address you registered with. A logo is optional but recommended
  3. Click Submit for review

Stogly checks the profile and verifies your tax ID. You are notified when it is approved, or told what to change. Buyers see your profile, and your listings, only after approval.

Adding Listings

Open Listings and create what you sell: title, description, pack (for example a carton of 12), minimum quantity and price — or "price on request". You can prepare listings before your profile is approved. Once it is approved, click Publish on each listing; in some categories the first publication is reviewed by Stogly.

Images come from the Media Library.

Answering Buyers

Requests arrive in Requests and by e-mail. Each request gets one answer: a reply, a quote with a price and validity, or a decline.

Orders arrive by e-mail, with a link where you open each order and accept, partly accept or decline it. There is no order list in the workspace yet.

Already Using Stogly?

An owner or administrator switches selling on in the existing organization:

  1. Navigate to Sales > Marketplace profile
  2. Click Start selling
  3. Create your profile and send it for review, as above

Nothing changes in the rest of your Stogly.

Using the Rest of Stogly

The supplier workspace is free and shows only the Marketplace. The rest of Stogly — inventory, POS, purchasing — opens in the same organization when you choose a plan; your profile, listings and requests stay exactly where they are. Click See plans on the Use all of Stogly card.

Tips

  • Use the browser you registered in to open the confirmation link. Opened elsewhere, the link confirms your address but cannot sign you in — just sign in afterwards.
  • One company has one profile. If a colleague already registered your company, do not register it again — a second profile cannot be created. Work through their organization (adding team members depends on the plan), or write to support@stogly.com.
  • The tax ID is changed in Settings > Organization, not in the profile. Changing the company name or tax ID means Stogly verifies it again; on an approved profile the change waits for Stogly's approval.
  • To switch selling on in an existing organization you must be signed in with a confirmed e-mail address, and your tax ID must be entered in Settings > Organization — the profile takes it from there.
  • Approval is a review of what is shown. It does not confirm that a product meets any regulation — that remains the supplier's responsibility.
