Sales Channels & Orders
Connect sales channels, import orders, and manage fulfillment workflows.
Connect your online stores, sync products, and manage incoming orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, and other sales channels.
Overview
Stogly's Sales Channels module lets you:
- Connect e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce
- Push your product catalog to connected channels
- Receive and manage orders from all channels in one place
- Track order status from placement through delivery
- Keep inventory synchronized across channels and physical locations
Connecting a Sales Channel
Connecting Shopify
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Channels
- Click + Add Channel and select Shopify
- Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g.,
yourstore.myshopify.com) - Click Connect — you will be redirected to Shopify to authorize the connection
- Grant the requested permissions and confirm
- Once redirected back, your Shopify store appears as an active channel
Connecting WooCommerce
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Channels
- Click + Add Channel and select WooCommerce
- Enter your WooCommerce site URL
- Provide your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret (generated in WooCommerce under Settings > REST API)
- Click Connect
- The system verifies the credentials and activates the channel
Channel Settings
After connecting, configure the channel:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Sync Direction | Push only, pull only, or two-way sync |
| Auto-sync interval | How often products and orders sync (e.g., every 15 minutes) |
| Price list | Which Stogly price list to use for this channel |
| Warehouse | Which warehouse fulfills orders from this channel |
| Order prefix | Optional prefix for order numbers (e.g., SHOP-, WOO-) |
Syncing Products to Channels
Push Products to a Channel
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Products
- Select the products you want to publish
- Click Publish to Channel and choose the target channel
- Map product fields if prompted (title, description, price, images)
- Click Sync
Products sync with their current prices, descriptions, images, and stock levels.
Managing Published Products
- Synced products show a channel badge on the product list
- Edit a product in Stogly and changes push to connected channels on the next sync cycle
- To unpublish, select the product and click Remove from Channel
Receiving Orders from Channels
Orders placed on connected channels are automatically pulled into Stogly.
Viewing Incoming Orders
- Navigate to Sales Channels > Orders
- All orders from all channels appear in a unified list
- Filter by channel, status, date range, or customer
Order Details
Each order shows:
- Customer name and shipping address
- Ordered items with quantities and prices
- Channel of origin (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Payment status
- Current fulfillment status
Order Status Workflow
Orders follow a standard lifecycle:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Order received, awaiting processing |
| Processing | Order confirmed, items being picked and packed |
| Shipped | Order dispatched, tracking number assigned |
| Delivered | Order received by the customer |
| Cancelled | Order cancelled before shipment |
| Returned | Customer returned the order |
Updating Order Status
- Open the order
- Click the Status dropdown
- Select the next status
- When moving to Shipped, you can enter a tracking number and carrier
- Status changes sync back to the originating channel automatically
Order Fulfillment
Fulfilling an Order
- Open a Processing order
- Review the items and confirm stock availability
- Click Fulfill Order
- Select the warehouse or store fulfilling the order
- Inventory is automatically deducted from the selected location
- Enter the shipping carrier and tracking number
- Click Ship — the order moves to Shipped status
Partial Fulfillment
If not all items are available:
- Select only the items you can ship now
- Click Partial Fulfill
- The remaining items stay in Processing status
- Fulfill the rest when stock arrives
Tips & Best Practices
- Use order prefixes — prefixes like SHOP- or WOO- make it easy to identify the source channel at a glance
- Set a dedicated warehouse — assign specific warehouses to channels to avoid stock conflicts across locations
- Sync frequently — shorter sync intervals reduce the chance of overselling
- Monitor failed syncs — check Sales Channels > Sync Log regularly for any errors
- Keep one source of truth — manage product details in Stogly and push outward to channels, rather than editing in each platform
